Reservations

We set-up tents on sites that our guests reserve themselves (based on site size and tent availability). If you already have a campsite and would like to reserve a TCD tent, please check the calendar for available dates, then enter preferred dates in the form below. Questions? Please note: There is a 2 night minimum stay, and certain holidays will require a 3 night minimum stay.

 

Set-Up/Breakdown, Check-In/Check-Out Policy, Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement, & Cancellation Policy

General Set-up / Breakdown Policy: The Camper’s Delight has the following set-up and breakdown times for rentals that are non-Park campgrounds (e.g. Home backyard).

Set-up: 1:00 PM

Breakdown: 12:00 PM

Park Check-In / Check-Out Policy: TCD set-up and breakdown times for campground reservations are per the Park’s check-in and check-out hours. TCD will set-up 1 hour after Park’s check-in time, and breakdown 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to Park’s check-out time. This will allow TCD ample time to set-up and break down within Park hours.

Example: (Park Check-in 4:00pm / TCD Check-in 5:00pm); (Park Check-out 3:00pm / TCD Check-out 1:30pm)

Note: Bell tents have a maximum occupancy of 4 adults/2 Queen beds (5M) or 2 adults/ 1 Queen or 2 Twins (4M). Cabin tents have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults/2 Cots or 1 Queen bed.

Arrival Policy: All guests must arrive and be present at check-in time, or the time frame agreed with TCD to receive the camping package installed and ready to use. To do an inspection of the site, and go through a general review of the equipment and the amenities included in the camping package. If guest is not present at the camp site at the time and place agreed, TCD will wait an additional 15 minutes, after which, TCD will break down the camping package and leave the site. In such event, there will not be a reimbursement, and TCD reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of $50.

Property Inventory Checklist: Completed at Check-in and Check-out/Set-up and Breakdown.

Waiver: All guests will be required to read, submit and sign a waiver at check in.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: The full amount is due at the time of booking. Guest may cancel 14 days before arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 3 days prior to arrival are eligible for date changes. A change fee of $35 per reservation and rate difference, if applicable, will be due at a time of re-booking. Should the new fare be lower than of the original reservation, the difference will not be refunded. New reservation will be automatically considered as non-refundable, however, changes could be made up to 3 days before arrival date. Any reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable.

Company Cancellation due to Inclement Weather: Cold or inclement weather will not permit cancellations and refunds unless TCD deems the conditions make the stay unsafe. You acknowledge that TCD reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion. In the unusual case of a company cancellation due to inclement weather cancellation, guest will not be charged.
